New Properties

We had a great experience with Ms. Trisha Marquez from RE/MAX Capital Real Estate .she helped us find a property that we recently purchased. I appreciated excellent customer service that she showed all throughout. Everything was on point from the day she first showed us the property, through the Negotiations on getting a fair and reasonable price for the property we wanted. She always updated us on the status of every bullet point of the tasks to do all the way to the end. She even did the small petty tasks of helping out with Manager's Check at our bank when there were a few corrections that needed to be done I did not even have to worry about going to the bank for that was such a time saver on my end. even small signatures that needed here and there she was open to coming all the way to wherever i was and meeting at any given time even if it was after office hours just to get my signature or hand me documents.. She was also very organized when we got the title and other documents for the property it all was organized and came in this neat folder. these are all the small things outside of just trying to come up with a sale that made the experience 10 times better. I definitely will be using RE/MAX Capital Real Estate for my future real estate needs just because of how good Ms. Trisha was.
